Zoo Med's small laboratory raised flies

I got 2 containers of this at Petco recently for $1 each. They were on sale. It says on the front that it's okay for hermit crabs. Is this an okay treat/base diet for hermies?

what it say on the ingredants list listed on the back?

oh ya if it says anything other then water on there i say toss it completly

Yeah ... it's got a lot of different ingredients. I've read to stick to foods that have pronouncable ingredients. Could it be okay as an occasional treat?
