Arrow Green Tea Leaves

Are green tea leaves ok for hermies? I know they have all sorts of antioxidants in them and stuff so I was thinking it might be good for them.

I'm not quite sure. I know I use Rooibos, green and red, and it's safe for crabs. One of the things I do is google the item and then add this + toxicity. See what pops up.
