Sometimes posts don't get posted!

I've noticed sometimes when you post a reply or start a new thread, it doesn't show up. Your name is there, but no post. I've seen it not only with me, but other people as well. Any1 know what's up with that?

p.s. 4 example, I tried to put in a hermie story and my name shows up, but not my story.

I have seen all kinds of things happen- I brought it to Jason's attention but..............
I could pull this screen up many times and its always different. I know from being an admin before on another forum - that there is such a thing as ghost screens but not sure if that is it.

ghost screen is a screen that looks like any other screen but for some reason its doesnt always have the same threads/posts
