The pictures aren't clear enough, but that's an awfully big pincher. I'd lean towards an Indo but I'd need clearer pics.

It looks to be some sort of marine hermit crab. Is he in water now? If it is a marine crab, we wouldn't be able to help you with species identification, as we deal mainly with land hermit crabs.
