Photo Contests

With the problems the photo contests is having in this contest as well as one previous contest, multiple accounts from one person, I am unsure if I want to continue doing these. It's unfair to the members who play by the rules and enter. I have contacted Jason and hopefully he can fix this current contest.

Who is doing this. I don't wan to loose because someone else did this.

P.S. My sister has been wanting an account on here so I made her one and she voted for me.

I'd like to not name names at this time, I sent the concern off to Jason. It's his site, and he can decide what he'd like to do about this.

Per the site rules, there is only 1 ID per IP address allowed. Which means one vote per IP address in the contests. Should there be more then one, it could be grounds for disqualification.

Yea, Jason can IP check. My idea would be kick off the contest. I mean Hermit Crabs is about fun, so does the contest. Im not here to be mean to whoever did it, or tried to offend you. I KNOW you want the prize and the truth is.. so does the people who entered with you. Lets be fair like other people be fair to you? =)

i've never have had the multi IP address happen to me and never want to thats cheating . i love playing by the rules eventhough i want to win most of the time i never do but like zanzan said, hermit crabs contests are supposed to be fun and see what others have entered. so it's weird to think that people do and can get more votes in that way which isn't fair to everyone whose entered!!!

Are you allowed to have your one vote go to yourself? That's what I did in the last contest!

Sure! You can vote for yourself. Thing is with the last contest and now this one, there are members creating multiple accounts with the same IP. It's not allowed.
