28 August 2008 09:04 PM Well as some of you may know, Gustav the tropical storm/Hurricane is headed straight for me........And i will most likely have to evacuate, we are going to tennisee, and its a 12 hour drive. of course i cant leave the hermies, they are to fragile. So my question for you is how do i transport 7 crabs that distance without killing them? Not to mention that only one of the seven is not buried as of know, And if i do leave, i will have to dig everyone, up.............. I seriously need suggestions! |

Just put it in the back seat and strap it in. Take all your crabby stuff with you. thell be fine with a car trip as long as you drive with caution. I'm sorry you must evacuate.

I'm so sorry you have to evacuate, I know the feeling.
![]() I'm sure the crabs should be fine........ I will be thinking of you! Let us all know how everything goes. Gustav is over me now, so I'm guessing that he's out of your area??
