Adding to the pinching stories.

I just bought 2 micros, Felix & Molly. Molly has been buried for a few days now, since I brought her home. Felix is still up and checking things out. I've noticed that every time I have to pick him up (to change their food, clean up, etc) he sits on my hand with his itty bitty pinchers just pinching away!!
It's quite amusing since theres no possible way he can get a hold of my skin, he's too tiny.

could you put up a pic of micros? by the sizing chart they look like they are about as big as a pen tip, but I don't think that's possible!

LOL....my little pinchy guy at the pet store didn't come home either

One of our small crabs latched onto my son's hand and even water spritzing didn't help

I tell everyone they're like snapping turtles.....just gotta wait until they're good and ready to let go. The more you pull or fight, the harder they pinch!!

I got a story to tell you guys... I dunno how to classify it, but...

Back when I was working at Earthbound, I was handling the crabs and giving them a good spritz with the spray bottle, and I tried to sell a crab to a lady that had walked in the store shopping for her kids. She looked down at them and asked me "so, what size batteries do they take?" I couldn't believe she said that... I told her "Ma'am they're live crabs. You have to actually feed them and take care of them. They don't run on batteries." She acted like she totally didn't believe me! How's that for a crazy day?

I have a story about two crabs that are best friends. 1 is my largest crab, his name is Turtle. The other is my smallest crab, his name is Mini T(mini Turtle). Both are PP's.

Turtle's been a loner until I got Mini T. Now they are inseperable. They go everywhere together. That's because Mini T prefers to travel on Turtles back! He does not mind at all, he seems to enjoy it. They even sleep that way. Sometimes Mini T sleeps under Turtle

What is the cutest about these 2, is that they both look identical to each other. The only difference is their size!

I am soooo happy to know that they have each other!

awww! Poor Miyaiko, she's all alone in her take here. I need to get her a friend soon! Maybe she'll be more active in her tank. I actually have to take her out to make her active! It's sad!
