Commercial food.
Hermit crab variety bites,Tetra Fauna Hermit crab cakes,& Fmr land hermit crab food.& I guess zoo med's calci sand.

when i first started out. i used metal in my tank. like the suction cups with metal hooks, and soon learned that metal is a no-no. so now i use the same suction cups without the hooks
