Just set up a little tank (5 / 10g) with the same things as the main tank ~ heat, humidity, water bowls, hiding huts, plants ~ somewhere they can live in for the ISO period comfortably before moving to the main tank.

The main point, as msdiamonddawg mentioned, is that the heat and humidity be the same as the main tank. You don't need to have the same water bowls, hiding huts and plants as your main tank, but you should have some type of variation of them. I also believe it's a good idea to take some substrate out of the main tank, not a lot, and put it in the ISO so it more replicates the main tank.
