Default R.I.P Hercules

Sadly, and still in denial and shock....I've lost my Hercules. I was estatic that he finally molted, but I guess the stress of finally molting was too much for his little body....He was a good crab, a sweet, gentle giant ofthe 10 gallon crabitat. I'll miss you little guy! Another "X" for a sad week of losses for our members.

Unhappy Re: R.I.P Hercules

I'm sorry to hear about Hercules. I haven't had to go through a molt yet, but from everything I've heard, it seems really stressful on everyone. I know it has to be hard. Again, I'm really sorry.

I remember how you still held out some hope for Hercules. I know he was your baby and that you will miss him. I'm truly sorry for your loss.

Thanks everyone...It's always a comfort to know I have people who understand. I'm still holding out hope that Rocky will emerge from his molt ....he's been gone for quite a while. Hercules completed his molt, but never ate his exo.

You were a good care giver to him, and did everything right. It must have been his time to go. So sorry it is so hard to let go.

I'm very sorry. Things have been tough for everyone lately. Hopefully this trend will stop soon.
