Chuck, I'm glad you're feeling better.

As HERMEZ said, it's a good thing to keep a chart on the crabs. I'm an excel nut, so I have spreadsheets on how old they are, which updates every time I go into it; others are to keep track of their moults, sizes, deaths, where and when I got them, shell changes and a few more.

This also helps me to be able to see if there are any patterns in any topic.

Sometimes it's tedious to keep the sheets updated, but I like having them.
