Default Longest living?

Whickh type of hermit crab lives the longest? Or do they generally just live the same amount of time?

dont know- in captivity?? Of course Carol's crabs are 30+ so thats pretty good

I'm not sure if it's true, but i heard that there was some lady in the 40's that had one that got to be 80.

its VERY true and was documented on TV- what are you talking about? Carol is in a retirement home in FL now

I was talking about the crab too--------Jonathan and Kate are over 30 yrs in captivity owned by Carol who lives in a retirement facility

But I said 80, not 30. Let me say it without abbreviations, maybe then we'll be on the same page. I heard that there was a woman in the 1940's that had a hermit crab that lived to be 80 years old (the crab, not her). Or so I heard anyway. Aighhhhht?
