Questions about my lil guys...

Can you mix types of hermit crabs? Specifically, PP and E's? And if so, does it take a lot more care?
Also, I have 3 (had 4, but one passed) PPs and would like to add more. The three left are small and I have a 10 gallon. Can I get 2 or 3 more and be fine?
Two of the 3 are buried and molting and one is all by her lil self.

So, I want to get her friends, but I am worried what the new crabs will do to the molting and what the molting will think when they emerge.
Suggestions/Answers?

you can mix species- you are overcrowded in my opinion now - if your version of small is teenie like a nickel size then you may be ok. Dont worry about them being alone- they will be ok. Please read the sticky about adding new crabs its not an overnight procedure- THANKS
