Question Custom lighting

Ok, a question about lighting. I'm going to be upgrading to a 55gal soon and it would have two hoods.

The first would have a regular full spectrum florescent tube. But this half of the tank would be covered by thick glass lid, so really only the UVA would be getting through with a tiny bit of UVB.

On the other half I was going to use an incandescent hood (under which there would be no glass) that holds two bulbs. One bulb would be a Exo Terra Night Glo 40 watt. And in order to boost UVB (for calcium absorbtion ect.) I thought maybe a Repti Glo 5.0 Tropical 26 watt would be appropriate. The tropical has a higher UVB output, which I thought might balance nicely with the florescent. The wattage is kind of low though at 26 watts, but I'm worried about burning up the humidity and overheating the tat.

Am I on the right track here? Dispite having done some research this subject is still fairly new to me. So if anybody has any suggestions or tips please let me know, I'd love to hear them.
