HBH Natural Crab Food

I received with my new babies a container of HBH Natural Crab Food. Does anyone know anything about it if it is safe or not. It doesn't have anything I can't pronounce in it.
Ingredients:
shrimp meal, white wheat, red wheat, coconut flakes, barley, rye, oats, fish meal, krill meal, pea powder wheat flower, dehydrated alfalfa meal, spirulina powder, wheat germ, soy powder, squid meal, Brine shrimp, zucchini powder, beet powder, carrot powder, spinach powder, fish oil, calcium carbonate, gelatinized starch, brewers dried yeast, soy lecithin, fish roe, wheat gluten, glucono-delta-lactone, garlic powder, natural mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, l-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (source of vitamin c), vitamin A acetate, choline chloride, a-tocopheryl acetate (source of vitamin E), niacin, d-calcium pantothenate, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, biotin, pyridoxine hci, folic acid, d-activated animal sterol (source of vitamin d3), vitamin b12 supplement, zinc proteinate, copper proteinate, magnesium proteinate, iron proteinate, citric acid.

OK I listed everything in it. Help me out, it smells and looks ok, however I just want to be sure. Thanks

ummmmmmmm..... i dont think GARLIC POWDER is on the safe list
i know Garlic in on the NOT safe list........... and iDont think CITIC ACID is very good either

Hopfully some else can Clear this up

Well acually..... ALL petstore bought food is basic a big no no
Flowersnfrogs just stick to giveing them Fresh food, Commpanys like HBH just make it sound good ( when its not)to just make money.

OK Thanks hermitpaws, I'll toss it. That will be the 3rd bottle of commercial food I have tossed since I joined here...LOL! but hey if it's not good for them I'm not giving it to them. It's better to be safe than sorry! Thanks again!

There are some HBH products that are pretty good. Cooked garlic is okay occasionally.

It went out with last nights trash! Thanks all, I have been purchasing my foods from Hermit Crab Addiction and have a nice supply. I would like to get more just to keep my supply full, however with school starting I'm kinda on a tight budget right now. They are good for now, I have like 70 containers of different foods. My husband thinks I'm crazy...LOL
