One of my crabs molted a few months ago, and came up looking beautiful. Two weeks after that he dissapeared and hadn't been seen sicne. After waiting over two months with no sign of him I finally decided to look for him. And low and behold, found him. I picked him up and put him to the side and continued to dig for my other crab that went missing with him. Tahts when I noticed bits of exo. I picked Napoleon up again and took a closer look, and realized he was all pale from molting! Now I have a hole and a half molted crab, what do I do?! I don't have a proper ISO to put him in either.

The rule - never dig up hermies when they are down no matter how worried you are about them. It sounds like all he needs is to harden up. Offer that exo for him to eat. You can crush it for him making it easier for him. Put it in a small dish next to him.

I would suggest that besides his exo you give him crushed: oyster/eggshells/and/or finely grated cuttlebone. Spirulina and/or honey are also what he should eat while he finishes his moult.

Thank you for all the tips. I've put them to use. He hasn't eaten yet, and untill last night he barely moved at all. I woke up today to find he'd dumped his shell during the night. Its now afternoon and hes been running around like a crazy without his shell since. Any tips?

Don't put any food or water in there. If possible, put the cup on a dark place or put a cocohut over it. Then you can carefully sneak a peek every hour or so. If he does reshell, keep him away from the other crabs at least overnight. However, after all these suggestions, I'm sorry to say things don't look good, but am hoping every thing turns out OK for your little one.

I know they don't look good
I have him sectioned off from the rest of the tank with a piece of plexi-glass already, I'll put some shell in with him for sure. Thank you.
