it appears wiggle is still eating small pieces. I'm not sure how I can feed him myself with a toothpick, because everytime I pick up the shell he retracts right to the back of the shell (maybe the shell is a little big for him - but it wasn't before the molt which is strange).

So I'm just making the honey mixture and pasting it to the inside edge of his shell so he can eat easily. I still have the tank in darkness and moist with salt and fresh water.

I can't see if he has grown any new legs yet.
