They'll be fine, so don't stress it. Fights while molting or buried are not as common as people may think. I've had MANY crabs molt next to each other or inside small areas (like the shower caddy) and no casualties come from it.

The only reason it may seem "common" to find injury from molters being attacked is because those are the more popular threads created by people. No one really makes a "YAY SUCCESS IN A MOLT" thread because it's usually not that interesting unless something major changed. Basically, don't let the 'hermit crab media' distort your mind and make you worry about molts and possible attacks. They're natural, they may be vulnerable, but casualties are very uncommon and should NOT be stressed over.
