Smash/squeeze/juicer. Juicer probably works best though.
They also need to be really ripe and good strawberries. Too young and you won't get anything out of it. Then again... why would you feed your hermit crabs the good (and very rare) kind of strawberries. I'd rather eat it for myself and throw a small chunk in the tank. haha...
