Try craigslist.com or freecycle.com for cheap or free tanks.
I wouldn't keep your jumbo in the 20g with the rest of your hermies. I would recommend at least a 40B for jumbos. I would get him a species buddy. He is fine in the 10g for now, but I would get him more space ASAP...maybe even a buddy to keep him company.
