Do you just use worm castings by itself to grow seeds, or do you mix it with something like EE or FB? Can you also give the crabs some worm castings in their food?

Don't use the castings as a substrate. You can feed it by itself or added to other foods. You can also use it to grow sprouting seeds.

I've seen posts stating that providing worm castings by themselves seems to influence their eating habits, meaning they would rather eat worm castings than anything else. I think to play it safe, I would mix it with their food. Worm castings are in the wild Reserve mix so your crabs have already been exposed to them. Good luck with your crabbies.
