There was one good answer, but the rest were definitely scary. I have answered some questions there, just to try and help out but its always important to provide links to sites that have documented information. It probably takes a person longer to post a question, then to just research the information themselves.

I have been thinking about this thread for a few days now, and I feel it is my obligation to try an answer those yahoo questions as best I can. Unfortunately I do have a day job and I can't be monitoring it all the time. I would ask that anyone with strong hermit crab caring skills can help me in the crusade of getting the proper answers on Yahoo! Questions. I assume that most of those questions posted are from kids and it is important that they learn the proper care techniques when they are young to the hobby.

Maybe we can pressure Yahoo! to make a category for hermit crabs and other small critters. that way its easier to monitor. sometimes the questions pop up under reptiles, sometimes under fish. hermit crabs need a home, no pun intended. this way it would be easier to keep track of the questions, so they are easier to answer.
