I know that temperature and humidity are very important if you want to have happy, healthy, hermit crabs. . . I was just wondering what temperatures you should keep your crabitat between. . .

Thank you for your help, everyone!!!;););)

THis is very basic. Humidity 70-80% (75-80% is better)
    temp- 70-80%
remeber they are tropical so remember to replicate their environment

Here's another bit of info to go along with Manolo578's info. Unfortunately I can't remember who posted this originally, but I copied it and put it in my Hermie Info Folder. It's good info to follow. :)

"A good humidity range is 74* to 80*. The Strawberry type of hermit crab seems to like it at the higher humidity level (80*)
Too much humidity can literally cause a hermit crab to "drown". They have gills and when these become too moist, the moisture due to excessive humidity causes wet conditions thus causing them extreme distress. Too high humidity also causes bacteria to bloom in the tank, which is not good.

A good temp range is 73* to 80*. I have seen where some keep it closer to 82*, but for me that's just a tad too high. If the temp is much higher than that, there's a danger that the crabs' gills could dry out causing suffocation and a very painful death.

These are the rule of thumb that I go by, and so far I've had good luck with my tank. Hope this helps... "

For me personally, 75*--78* is a nice range.
