    Tonight for my hermies:

I put in a dish powdered almonds, whole wheat flour, fresh steamed shrimp that I have crushed before, steamed broccoli, our French sel de Guerande, raw yolk, and some dropps of distilled water. I mixed all the ingredients together and put it in boiled olive oil to cook (like an omelette).

I served it with fresh juicy mango sprinkled with powdered cuttlebone. They are eating now and the really LOVE this recipe!!!
