    Okay so after about twenty days Steve *FINALLY* came up.:D He looks great! Still shy but, great.:rolleyes: I am so excited this is my first successful molt ever! I am so proud of him. LOL!:p

    Wasn't that nerve wracking?! Mine was down for around 23 or 24 days and I kept saying "what if he's dead what if what if what if" and sniffing around hoping nothing smells fishy. They go for soooo long that you start to doubt!

    Thank you! And yes, VERY nerve wracking...and I did the same thing, smelling the tank EVERY morning, even now while I await the others to come up.

    strawberryskittle - I'd be so glad if mine only molted for 23 or 24 days! When mine go down, it's at least a month, usually closer to two. Heck, my biggest crab (a medium) has been down for over a month now with no sign of his return yet. The poor guy had been putting off a molt for almost a year with his previous owners' 'hermit crab sand' that didn't allow for him to get completely under the sand or molt. Some of my tinies even don't return to the surface for 2 months. I just think they're lazy, haha.

    Thats absoulutly wonderfull! I'm glad! And haha, i wish mine were acrtually moulting. Jumbo just likes to dig so i never see him!
