My biggest E, Toodles, just resurfaced from her 3rd molt with me! She'd dropped a leg during her last molt, but she now has all her legs and pinchers! I saw her in a window she'd made last night, and then found her this morning in her usual place in the tank - inside of the top of the cholla log. She's slept in there every day she's been on the surface since I put it in the tank in March.

This brings my count up to 15 confirmed, not including times where I'm not positive they molted.

She's still a tiny crab, and still hasn't even had to change shells due to growing during her 3 molts. Her coloring (she was out this morning when I turned on the light) is getting more and more red with each molt. At this point, she's got an orangey red BP and shield leg...no pics yet as she's always been skittish right after resurfacing. All of my tiny crabs are skittish after resurfacing.

Update: I took her out today with 3 other crabs and put them in the exerciser. Her coloring is awesome - she's like...charcoal colored, but mixed with lavender. She's definitely got purplish tones in there, and her shield leg and BP leg have bright red and orange on her. I love her so much!

I just realized - she's turning the color of her shell! Her leg tip matches it...

She's the easiest E for me to identify, because she's always had a brighter accent leg, but it's getting brighter every molt!
