I have about 30 pics in my photobucket album, figured I'd share. I'm just posting a link to the album, not each picture. I have pics of my old 10g setup, pics of my original 2 crabs while I was doing my first deep clean, 2 of my little Es back when I first got them, etc.

I'd love comments - I do enjoy other peoples' suggestions!

Thanks! I'll be redoing it next month...no more sand, just EE for me. Wahoo, no more sifting coconut fiber out of the sand so I can try to find poo and food bits to clean up!

I started out with EE, and have had really good luck with it. Every time I do a deep clean though, I think I might want to change over to sand, but, I end up using EE again. Maybe one of these days....:)

Naah, the really high quality sands are WAY too expensive for their own good (aquarium sands). Every time I clean out the food bowl or water bowls, it's like I'm watching my money go down the sink, and I'm sick of it. I think my ISO will be sand (as I do want to keep at least some of that sand, it is really nice), but when given the choice, my crabs spend their days in the coconut fiber anyways.

Wow! You tank looks great! I love your small hermies. I really like smalls but I never get them because I always adopt. I usually get the normal golf ball size ones rather then teenys for jumbos.

Yeah, I try to get the littlest ones I can. They are the youngest, so they do molt WAY more often and are a ton more skittish, but that means that I can own them for longer before they get old and die. At least, that's my take on it. I always look for itty bitty ones...besides, they're so adorable!

I just started a blog for my crabs - it's only photos, not stories or anything, but I think it's kind of fun. The web address is thedailyhermit.tumblr.com, and there will be a new picture every day (today there's only one as it's a new site, obviously), but just wanted to put it out there. It's a chance to get to know my crabs if you care enough to visit it!
