Pits are extreamly smart dogs. They are by far my favorite to train lol. I've worked with them for about seven years now and if I didnt have an appartment I would have one already. My sister has two so I get my "pit fix" pretty often hehehe.

Ours are really smart. I am also parcal to pitts. We always get strange looks over our dogs. but the saying is true for US: the one about people who love them: cant explain it and people who dont: cant understand. Ours know commands in both speak and sign language. They are the most loving breed that I have ever owned and they are so willing to please. All of our pits think they are laps dogs they also think they fit on your lap ...lol...

Well when you are posting the message you see that little picture of a mountain click on that and insert your link there. But you paste the link there and if the link has something like } Img or something. Don't add that with the link.

I have a female spayed Boston Terrier, she is 31/2 one of the most beautiful, intelligent, individuals I have ever met. I have an obnoxious 5 month old g.pig named Flea. My 6 1/2 year old g.pig named Patches just passed away, she was incredible. I also have a betta fish named Kenji, he's my fourth. I also have 10 hermies: Keiji Crab, Saemon, Ed, AL, Jake, Honda, Hotarubi, Yashamaru, Timmy, and Shogun.

I have dog named Yuki, which means "lucky" in japan. He is about 100 lbs. He is sooo spoiled. He hates to get wet if it rains or snows. He runs out to do his thing and runs back in. However, we just moved to the country after living in a trailer park for 22 years. We now have 2 acres of very wooded property. On our first day here he found a dead racoon and rolled in it. Gross. How can he be such a priss and roll in a dead racoon? Anyway, I also have a 125 gallon aquarium with community fish. I used to have ferrets. Not any more, the last one passed about 2 months ago. And now I have my hermies. 5 of them in a 20 long tank. I have only had the for about 10 days, haven't lost any yet, keeping my fingers crossed. I almost forgot. I have a lovebird named Oliver. Oliver is actually a girl, but we didn't know that when we got her. She started laying eggs, but how do you change names after all that time. Shes Oliver.

Not sure what you mean by that? The thread title is talk about other pets in a general chat not about crabs section of the forum.

Many families have dogs, its a common area for people to talk about.

I agree. This is a section in which we can talk about things other than our crabs. It's a great conversation thread to get to know people on this site outside of their hermies.
