I had a nice wood platform in my 20,gallon tank with a tiki hut & bedding held up by 5,suction cups.It won't hold up so I finally took it out after about ten times of it falling when I was'nt home crashing down on my hermies!(Literally) So any ideas? Please people I really like the second level it gives the hermies more space & it makes the crabitat more cozery.Lol.

I'm thinking about doing just that. It's cheap. It's easy to find.Lol.So all I would need is that plus suction cups? What could I use for the substrate besides moss?

EE, Forest Bedding or moss. Sand would go through the caddy.

i usually cut a piece of that coconut fiber background to fit the bottom of the cady's that way i can put EE or sand and it wont go through the bottom of the cady.. it works great

it is a dirt/soil bedding called Eco Earth it comes in bricks that when you put it in water the brick expands to like7-8 liters, i get it at Petco. 3 bricks for 10 bucks, which is a pretty good deal since the bricks can fill alot of bedding space for the crabitat

wow I get the eco earth blocks at Pet Co in California and they are $5.99 each, three for ten dollars is a much better deal! I enjoy the bricks they fill up a ten gallon tank perfectly.
