    First picture: Most likely an Ecuadorian. Answer this question: Does he have black blotches under his eyes?

    Second Picture: Looks like he has the white "seed" markings of the Strawberry hermit crab on his BP. Does he have those "seed" markings on any other part of his body?

    nope. they all look alike, all are the same kind of crab
    they are all red, have brown stripes behind the head and have long narrow eyes

    Ah. Well if there are no black blotches, then I think all of them are either Ecuadorian hermit crabs or Strawberry hermit crabs. Only reason I think they're straws is in the second pic, the follicles look white on his BP(big pincher).

    I don't think so. Usually Purple Pinchers are the red ones. Ecuadorians are usually a darker color.:)

    that explains why one of them has a bit of blue on a few leg and the large claw
    looked up pics of young viola`s, that`s exactly my crabs
    10 points for you! :)
