i forgot to reply to shmama: i think that Neeko look-alike never got a name but we are thinking of calling him Jet, as in Jet Black. not sure yet but we are tossing that around and trying to look for a clever name.

HERMEZ: no, i will NOT send Scuttle to you. that is the only Straw we've had now that's lasted more than a month or a molt (this one's the third). We had bought another one with Scuttle, it's name was Skittles, but Skittle went down for destress/molt and was never seen again. i found nothing of Skittles when i moved the crabs downstairs 2 months ago. i had another one disappear too, my beautiful little pink/salmon Rug, Sam.

btw, Jet finally came back up in the downstairs tank this morning so i moved him up. i'll be trying to get some better shots of him; i'd love to see him in the calendar. i really like the coloring and patterns on the Rugs; very interesting. i like Es best for their energy and fiestiness, but i like the Rugs best for coloring/patterns, and Indos for their quiet demeanor. PPs and Straws are not high on my list. Scuttle is just a cute little thing though. i haven't been able to find any Rugs lately at all, they might be the only ones i'd get more of right now if i found some.

i'm sorry, the "how do you get the poop out" choya question? last time i had it up i never saw any in there. we'll see this time i guess. it's zip tied up there so it's not easy to get it out if it's in there. heck, i don't even know how i'd see it if it were in there.

The name Jet fits him well. I like the peeking photo just a tiny bit better than the other one, they are both really good shots though. Your tank looks terrific too! :froggz:
