    you don't want to have bark or gravel. the bark and gravel can get into your crabs shell making it uncomfortable for them and irritate the soft part of their body. to be in that shell and it can also hurt them while it's in the shell especailly if it's sharp.

    Get rid of the bark and gravel and use EE, Sand or Both, i do have EE and half Sand.

    But in the wild they live on beaches and tropical islands and there is bark and gravel there.

    yeah there is bark and gravel ontop, but they bury underneath in the sand and dirt
