    Hey my mom just bought these multigrain tortilla chip/cracker things.The brand is "Food should taste good".Here's the ingredients:Stone ground corn,High oleic Sunflower oil and/or Safflower oil,Brown rice flour,Flax seeds,Evaporated cane juice,Oat fiber,Sesame seeds,Sunflower seeds,Quinoa,Soy flour,Sea salt. Are these ok?

    Ok thanks,I just wasn't so sure about the High oleic sunflower oil.
