I got my prize choya and hubby finally remembered to bring home the drill bit--so the other 75 has one now too :straw:

NO I stole it from Chrispy! I use zip ties to hang them after drilling holes in the tank edges. and VICKI was the QUEEN mastermind behind it as far as I know

ok, Vicki is the one who came up w/ the idea of the plastic molding adhered to the top of the tank w/ tank sealant and drilled w/ holes to hang stuff from. i took that one step further and drilled holes around the plastic lip at the topof the tank to hang stuff from, mostly for the vines, with zip ties. Steph actually came up w/ the idea of hanging to choya up there w/ the zip ties but yeah, you saw it in my pics. i don't remember what CA had hanging in her tank, sorry :dontknow:

now that i see the pics i remember these posts. i knew that the whole thing w/ the plastic was something that vicki had done but i didn't remember the suspended choya until i saw the pics. that tank looked awesome.

btw, what is the hammock made out of? that looked great.

    Thank you Chrispy!

The hammock is a Hermiefun hemp net, 40B size in natural. I folded it until I got a really large triangle. The crabs like going between the folds and the large ones like hanging under it on top of the choya. They use it like a blanket, it's too cute!
