We with GOD's help of course have been through almost 60 molts and there are some still under right now. God has ben VERY good to us and our Hermie's... I keep a Hermie Log about who, what, how and when, LOL I would be lost with out my Molting log Book.
I am going thru my first molt now! Very exciting yet scary at the same time...
Congrats and good luck on your first
It sure is very exciting and scary all
at the same time!!
my one guy is still under. i know he is alive, cuz i see him move every once in a while. but i have five babies under the sand. i don't know if i should look for them, or just leave them. i don't smell anything, so i hope they are all just molting
I'm doing the same thing you are!
working on my patience...peeking under
the tank to see if anyone moved...
and learning from here not to dig them up. It's so hard, I want to see if they are okay...My little molter has been down since Dec. 25. The second one went down about 2 weeks ago. I did see that all of the exoskeleton is gone from the first molter, but no hermie topside yet.
Good luck as you wait.
it is the waiting that is the killer!
I have two down now too, one was down for 40 days, up for abut 2 weeks, now she is back down, UGH, my nerves!! Now I am so worried again, she made it through that long molt and now back under???
Keeping all in my prayers!
Just want to see these poor little guys make it. so please, post when they come back up, O.K.???
I have had over 60 successful molts now.
