Sure! Inside each kit is a packet of kat grass seeds, a packet of earthworm casting substrate and a small clay pot. What you do is put the earthworm castings in the pot, sprinkle some of the kat grass seeds on top, cover with a light sprinkle of the castings. Gently water and put inside your tank or on a window sil, counter etc where light can get to it. The seeds will sprout and you can put the entire pot into the tank. The kat grass is edible as well as the earthworm castings. I keep some of the castings in a small dish inside the tank.

I just got some more sprouting seeds. They are a hit with the crabs. I can't believe how fast they sprout!
