is bok choy a safe food??

    I saw a bag of dehydrated veggies and it had bok choy in it, I wasn't sure if it was okay to feed to my hermies, so figured Id ask

    Yes bok choy is safe. My crew likes it fresh :staw: never offered it dried tho.

    Thanks=) cause they love the rewetted dried fruit I give them, and do I thought id try the veggies=) they're picky eaters so if I give them the variety in the bag I can see what they're picking out and eating=)

    My crabs love eating large chunks of fruit/veggies. They all work together on it, like a team :) have you tried fresh coconut, mango, apple and romaine?
