:full: YAYY!!! today, i got a new tank!! i went from about a 3 gal kritter keeper to a 10 gal tank! i went from a calci-sand coco-fiber mix substrate to EE, also! i now have two shell shops and room for an extra water bowl, as well! i'm going shopping again tomorrow, and will pick up some terracotta pots for hidies, some instant ocean, and whatever i can find =]

    picks of the old keeper:

They love it! they're actually moving around!! three of them actually are climbing the coco-fiber wall climbing thing, when only one would before!!

thanks for all the great suggestions, guys~! if it wasn't for you, i might not of even gotten the kritter keeper! :zipit: you guys are the best thing that ever happened to my crabs, and everything you see is all thanks to you~! :huggies: :thanks:

It looks great! Keep the critter keeper around as an ISO for any new crabs that might be in your future :). My crabs always get excited when they are moved into a new tank. They always have to run around and check it out. :spunky: I just did a deep clean yesterday and my crabs are just sprinting around the tank! :woohoo: :hermez2:

oh, lol the small black and purple rocks under the food (and water) dishes are aquarium gravel to help keep out a bit of EE from getting into the food/water =] :hermzpoo:

Hi, I don't know for sure but aquarium gravel is dyed . I have 2 aquariums and alot of color washes off with water. But I don't know if it's toxic to hermit crabs.

I'll have to try the gravel under the water, but the EE in the food dish is the only way I can tell if they ate anything haha :)
