hey every one just that i would warn you guys (and gals) that honey comb is a highly crab Addicted food. i ended up finding some pure honey comb at a local King Soopers it was "Wild Orange tree blossom Bee Honey" and when i put it in the tank, no one whent near it for about an hour, so i pick a few of them up and placed them on the edge and now 3 hours later, my smallest crab is STILL sitting in the food dish eatting!!!! and come to think of it if you pick him up, he takes a chunk of honey comb with him. i also was able to snap a photo of him holding it.LOL:p

Great photo documentation! Mine do that with walnuts--they don't let go when you pick them up.

Mine love the honecombs, too! And I always drizzle honey on any foods that they don't seem to care for.......they are immediately drawn to the honey!:)

Usually places like Whole Foods or Sun Harvest (Organic and health food stores)sell honey with the honeycomb included...unless you are lucky enough to know a bee keeper. It seems like I saw some wild honey out in Amish country...Lancaster, PA that had the honeycombs included. I haven't lived in that area for some time, but you could try some of the Amish retail sales websites.
BTW...love the picture. My crabs seem to really like Gala apples and boiled egg. I will have to try some honey for them. They also like some dried papaya bits I picked up in the gerbil and hamster treat section..I hope they are safe!!
