I make a lot of foods that I saute in olive oil and herbs (chicken, seafood, etc.) I know that garlic isn't good for hermies but what about other flavorings/herbs? Rosemary, thyme, etc.? Can they have that? It would make it a TON easier if they could.

Also, what about flour? I am fairly certain that fried chicken (chicken, flour, buttermilk, and cajun seasoning mix) would be bad for them but what do you guys think?

Rosemary and Thyme are both on the unsafe list, sorry. As for flour, I would try to use it sparingly as it has no nutritional value. Hermit crabs don't eat a lot, but what they eat should be nutritional for them.
