can i use a kritter keeper temporarily?????
Yes, you can use the critter keeper, but only for a day or two until you get the new setup. Just out of curiosity, why were you carrying the aquarium? I thought you just got crabs, so it shouldn't need to be cleaned yet.
had move it because it wass in my room and they were annoying me at nite so i wanted to put them in the living room
Yes, but make sure it is only temporarily. . . Hermies like being cooped up in tight spaces as much as you do!!!
its a 20g kritter keeper and i only have 3 crabs atm
Oh, in that case you're all set!!! Your tank setup sounds perfect!!!
YEAH woop horray
Yeah, I wouldn't worry 'too' much about that temporarily, just be sure to constantly monitor humidity and temperature as plastic does not contain heat/humidity as well as glass, and the days are getting colder.
I LIVE IN AUSTRALIA so the days are getting hotter
Lol oops sorry, my mistake.
Why did you move the aquarium???
That's fine! I didn't know they made kritter keepers that big!
I know, where did you happen to come across a 20 gallon kritter keeper? Mine aquarium is 10 gallons and I think its quite big. I cant imagine a 20 gallon kritter keeper
I think they intended to say 2 gallon. I have seen those before.
Ah. I thought a 20 gallon would be huge for some plastic thing to carry around. A 2 gallon kritter karrier seems much more realistic than a 20 gallon.
I've seen ten gallon critter keepers but twenty? If I were you I'd rush to Walmart and get one of those ten gallons for $13. It would be adequate. At least for a while. IF you can't do that try craigslist. YOu can get a 30 gallon tank for that much.
in australia in adelaide they have a shop for reptiles i got a 20g kritter kepa there
I'd just use that then! Get some plexi for the top, you're all set!
