    hey everyone
I just discovered the Crabs like partly frozen fruit!!

    so heres what i did:

Grind 2 diffrent fruits in blender
put 3 drops of water in ice trays and add fruit and freeze for 1 hour

place in dish to serve and let it meltdown and the crabs will eat it cold!
    here some photos

Your so creative with your food! :D That's a great idea! Just make sure it's not too cold. Once Sherbert froze up when I mixed some cold water with her babyfood. My friend was smart enough to warm her up with her hands. It was really scary though.

Cool. What trays are you using to hold them?

The other fun thing to do with fruit is blend it/food processor it with some honey and dehydrate it into a fruit rollup. You need to cover the dehydrator tray with plastic wrap and pour the mixture on top of that, but it tastes good for people and for crabs! Mine love their honey mango rollup. :)

The other thing I do is freeze extra crab foods and put them into the tank frozen - as they melt, they smell up the whole 'tat so the crabs come running to find out what's for dinner! It also helps that I have a moon glow bulb on at night for their day/night cycle so it helps melt it.

I'll see if I can try it with apples since they love it.
