I just discovered that I have a food dehydrator (Who knew?!?), and I'm wondering which foods I should dehydrate? Are there certain things that shouldn't be dehydrated? What should I do first? What meats, veggies, fruits, etc...? Can meats and other things be dehydrated together?

I really have no idea what to do, or how to do it... [IMG] Any help or suggestions would be really helpful!

    Thanks!

Don't try avocados. Learn from my mistake LOL

I just did kiwis, persimmons, pears. I've done all kinds of fruits and veggies.

TO do it, just slice thinly. Takes about a day of drying

I would do the meat seperate, i did broccoli and banana once for the hermies and it all ended up smelling like broccoli lol the hermies still ate it though. But i would still do meat seperate from anything else.
