My food is always wet! Is it because the humidity? Is it bad for my crabs? If it is, how do I fix it?

Is your food dish near the water pools? It could be the hermies themselves wetting it. Humidity does do it as well if you leave the food for a couple of days. When it gets damp, I change it. Don't put too much out. Just a 1/2 teaspoon does it.
