    I'M SO HAPPY!!! :D:D
I just went through my first molt! i was sooo scared! Because my baby, Hurly, kept digging under dishes, he kept getting uncovered when he was under =[ i was scared he would die because of it =[ But, just now, after watching Resident Evil, I lifted the towel i place over the tank to keep humidity in an there he was! ontop of the cocofiber climbing wall! That's even more surprising because he's the never-out-of-the-shell-and-hidie kind of crab! he's all light-colored at the moment, with his "nails" all grown! he's not really bigger, though. I found bits of his exo, too! Everything seems to be in place, and i don't see any deformities. Yay! i'm so proud of him!!! :D:D

My guy did that too, hide under the salt bath dish, it was so humid under there, I never have to spray it lol, probably why he made a home there

It doesn't hurt to look in the cage to check up on them.

Most hermits dont look bigger after a molt, usually they look smaller for a while ;) Congrats on your molt! If you cant get shrimp, hardboiled egg is good, you can feed them the edd with the shell crushed on it.
a little organic honey some worm casings or blood worms if you have them.
you can also sprinkle calci sand or grated cuddlebone over his food for extra calcium the next week or so.
