I was wondering if the crabs can eat any kind of beans that you purchase in a bag at the grocery store?

It's preferred if they are organic, then yes. Just have to be wary of the soil they used and pesticides.

so if they eat any mixture of any kind it should be from an organic store? Dried of course. I'm still learning about foods for them. I went to your site, will be ordering from you. What is the main food that should be left in their habitat, on your site? Thanks sooo much:)

They can have fresh organics as well as dried. If you want to cook the beans, cook them in dechlorinated water or salt water(crab kind) and mush them up a bit.

I keep Epicureans line of foods in the dry bowl 24/7 along with cuttlebone powder. then I have a "fresh" bowl, and a bowl of proteins(shrimp, meats, egg etc)

They can have anything that doesnt have added salt, like hams and hot dogs. You can cook it, serve raw and even add some safe stuff to it. Sprinkle it with organic honey, spirulina powder or garnish with edible flowers.
