Can they eat hot cereal?

    Just wondering if they could eat cooked *and cooled* cream of wheat? malt o meal or grits???

    whats all in it?? I can't recall offhand. If you made it with dechlorinated water, didn't add butter or salt, it should be fine.

    I'll have to look at the box again ,, I was just wondering because I was making some cream of wheat forthe kids the other day and I know it's suppose to be healthy
