    dried forest mushroom shiitake

ingredients: mushroom, potassium metabisulfite to maintain freshness

Skip feeding them that, if you want to try mushrooms go to the grocery store and get a couple. Most have an organic section, and you'd need 1-2 mushroms that would last awhile. If you have a dehydrator you could dry your own.

If you can get a cheep frozen bag of mixed vegetables in the freezer section of the store. I think they are only about 1 1/2 or 2 dollars.

Hermieluv, I see that you are 11 years old. Thats so cute. I was wondering if you have a list of the needs of a hermit crab and the foods they should eat?
