All crabs down

    All of my hermit crabs are buried under the sand. Maby they are molting and maby doing it for fun.:D

    you could try to unberry them and look only if you just reberry them right where they were

    You should never rebury a crab. When they bury down they create an air pocket. Also, unless you haven't seen the crab up for many months, and it's not an emergency situation it isn't adviseable to dig up a crab. Molting is a very stressful time, should they be molting or just de-stressing you would be adding unecessary stress to them.

    Most of mine are buried right now, sometimes I look under the glass tank and can see them and they usually move their claws for me so I know they are okay.

    Yeah sometimes I can see mine too. Also well my crabs r all up now so all of them are ok. They all molted and pretter than ever
