I was sort of digging in the sand to find the tettuce I gave them last night... And there was this big section where the sand was black and it smelled HORRIBLE! I'm going change the sand right now. Will Tony and Flea be okay? And how do I prevent it from happening again?

i'd think they should be fine as long as you caught it in time before they got to any of it. and idk how to help with preventing it i've never had a problem with sand molding except where there was food drug out and i could just scoop it out.

as long as they haven't eaten any of it they should be fine. i'd just watch them and make sure they act alright. but maybe your sand had too much water? or try wetting it with salt water.

Sounds like Tony wants to be the alpha.

He's a very controlling crab. =] He just piled a lot of sand in front of the opening of the castle... Is that normal?

Yes. Mine do that as well. They want their privacy that is for sure. He will come out when he is thirsty and hungry.

Do you think I should get another small crab so Flea'll have a friend? I want to get another big one but my pet store only has little ones. =[

I've had Tony for about a month and a half and Flea for about 3 weeks.

If you feel comfortable adding one or two more - maybe one the same size as Tony and another the same size as Flea.
Give them a salt water bath before adding them to the tank.
Some people may say that you should ISO the new ones, but seeing that your guys are relatively new, I don't see the need. Just watch the salt bath and if you see little bugs (mites) in the water, then you do need to ISO and continue with salt baths until no more mites show up. Some places do sell critters with a mite contamination sad to say.

Thonly problem is that I an't find any crabs the same size as Tony. All the ones at the pet store are small.

Lettuce begins to decompose quickly and that may account for the black area....anyhow you should scoop it all out. Keep in mind that lettuce has absolutely no nutritional value and will prevent them from being hungry enough to take in more nutrient rich foods. I would skip the lettuce all together.
